 Maine State Trooper Josh Birmingham has been with the State Police since 2004. Before coming to Troop C in Skowhegan where he patrols Somerset and Franklin counties, he was with Troop F in Aroostock County. Birmingham received a degree in criminal justice from the University of Maine at Presque Isle and the State Police Academy in 2004. Birmingham and his wife, Maria, live in Farmington.
