Phillips Energy Forum slated for October 29
PHILLIPS — Do this winter's heating and electricity costs have you concerned? On Wednesday, Oct. 29 representatives from several local and county agencies will present information on energy savings ideas, heating safety tips, and financial resources for qualifying households at a Winter Ready Workshop at the Phillips Middle School Library, 6 to 8 p.m. As part of the forum, area emergency responders, municipal officials, and other interested individuals are invited to a discussion on next steps for community preparedness.
