Wastewater system on target

 Personnel for contractor St. Laurent & Son install holding tanks and beds for the Kingfield subsurface wastewater system at Gilmore Field in Kingfield. The project started Oct. 13 and the system should be operational before Nov. 20. The system will process wastewater from the nearby Poland Spring Bottling Facility. Last week, directional drilling under the highway to connect the plant with the subsurface system was to get underway. (Heidi Murphy photo) |
