OUT & ABOUT WITH LAURA
      It seems so sad that the small community that we live in is suffering so much right now —we need to get those cards out to those who are ill or shut-in. I spoke with Linda Norton and Hubie who was injured in a fall in Carrabassett Valley Aug. 27, was hospitalized for 25 days, is still having medical procedures in Lewiston and will be laid up most of the winter.

AS THE LEAVES TURN
      We received a nice e-mail from Paul Orbeton over the weekend. He says he is doing extremely well at the Potomac Job Corp Center where he is enrolled in the Transportation Communication Union program studying rail-lines. He hopes to be working on the Amtrak Downeaster sometime next summer! Great to hear from you Paul!
