Seniors Christmas dinner on tap
STRATTON — The Stratton-Eustis Lions Club will be sponsoring its annual Christmas dinner for all seniors (50 years old and up) in the local area on Sunday, Dec. 14 at the Stratton Elementary School. Sign-in will be from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and the meal will start at 12:30.
They will be serving a turkey meal with all the fixings and homemade pies for dessert.
Music will be provided by Kathy's Karaoke and there will be door prizes and a 50/50 raffle.
The Lions Club will provide rides to anyone who needs one or take-out for those who are homebound and do not want to be brought to the dinner.
If you are new in the area or need a ride or take-out, call Arlene Flick at 246-3129 or June Parsons at 246- 2621 to let them know you will be attending or to get more details.
"The meal is free and everyone always has a great time, so we hope to see you there," said Bruce Marcoux, the Stratton-Eustis King Lion.
