Craig A. Morin Hutchinson
CARRABASSETT VALLEY — Craig A. Morin Hutchinson, 22, of Branch Lane, Whitefield, died Dec. 1, 2008, in Carrabassett Valley as the result of a tragic automobile accident.
He was born in Lewiston, on July 14, 1986, the son of Peter A. Morin and Karen Hutchinson.
He was a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew and friend. He enjoyed life to the fullest extent through his books, martial arts, his adventures maintaining the Appalachian Trail, as well as working side by side with his dad on their Alpaca Farm, Journey's End.
He was happily employed by Wal-Mart in Augusta.
He is survived by his father, Peter A. Morin and his wife, Theresa, of Whitefield; his mother, Karen Hutchinson of Stratton; his paternal grandmother, Susan Jane Morin of Augusta; his maternal grandparents, Nancy and David Hutchinson of Salt Springs, Fla.; three brothers, Ian MacMaster of Waterville, Larson Hutchinson of Stratton and Brian Shorey of Whitefield; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and many dear friends.
A family service was held Saturday, Dec. 6, 2008, at Plummer Funeral Home in Windsor. A celebration of Craig's life for all family and friends was held at Tim and Joan Morin's Whitefield home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Craig Morin Hutchinson Fund-Maine Education Credit Union, 15 University Drive, P.O. Box 1096 Augusta, Maine 04330. All donations will be donated to Craig's favorite charities.
