WILTON — The Wilton CareerCenter, 865 US Route 2E, offers a number of services and workshops for those seeking employment or are trying to improve their situation.

CareerCenter Employment & Training Orientation is offered every Monday, except Jan. 19 which is a holiday, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. This workshop is an explanation of training programs and career exploration. This workshop also provides a brief introduction to the Wilton CareerCenter services.

CareerCenter & Job Search Orientation is offered every Tuesday, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. This workshop will help attendees find out what services and resources the Wilton CareerCenter has to offer folks newly unemployed or looking for a new career. An orientation, this presentation will give an overview of what is available to assist people who are looking for work. Attendees can also become registered for the CareerCenter job matching system, by the end of the workshop.

These workshops are offered at no charge to the public. Maine Dept. of Labor provides Equal Opportunity in employment and programs. Auxiliary aids and services are available upon request to individuals with disabilities.
