Trustees to meet January 5

KINGFIELD — The Kingfield Water District Board of Trustees recently released its agenda for the next meeting, which will be held Monday, Jan. 5, beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the Kingfield Elementary School.

After the board considers the minutes from the Dec. 1 meeting, the Fiscal Report will be considered including the monthly warrant, fiscal status (sales, liens, accounts receivables, etc.) and any other pertinent fiscal matters.

Any additional construction update, if available, will be reviewed, possibly including income from EDA financial sources, the construction program delay and the possibility of new money available from the government.

The next item on the agenda is the back-up well status, Harlan Pease's electrical work —flow meter installation.

This will be followed by the Superintendent's Report which will include pumping volume and leak detection if needed.

The status of the report for the annual meeting may be heard and a "WORD" copy of Trustee bylaws will be considered. The next Kingfield Water District meeting is Monday, Feb. 2, 2009 at KES.
