FARMINGTON — Franklin Memorial Hospital was pleased to welcome its first baby of 2009. Dr. Tara Aumand of Franklin Health Women's Care attended the birth of Cole Vincent Bailey, an 8 lb. 8 oz. baby boy who was born at 8:07 p.m. on Jan. 1. RANGELEY — The 10th annual Busch Sport Scene Comedy Show, with Rob Steen and Larry Myles, will be held Jan. 31, beginning at 9 p.m. at the Clubhouse. To the editor: The Town of Kingfield needs to remind residents using snow blowers and plows not to blow or push the snow into the roadway. This causes more work for the snowplowing crew, which will have to just plow it back into the driveway anyway to get it out of the travel lane. More...
