Karen Pease, author of the novel "Grumble Bluff," will give a reading at 10 a.m. and sign copies afterwards; coffee and cookies will be available, too.

The novel is about two "tween" girls who are both experiencing personal life issues, become friends and learn how to deal with their problems and how to laugh again.
