Rep. Crockett to visit Kingfield, Stratton, Rangeley
AUGUSTA — State Rep. Jarrod Crockett, a first-term legislator, will be visiting the Franklin County communities of Kingfield, Stratton and Rangeley next weekend to meet with constituents to discuss specific problems, legislative issues or any concerns regarding state government.
On Saturday, Feb. 21, Rep. Crockett (R-Bethel) will begin his day at the Woodsman Restaurant in Kingfield from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. From 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., he will be available at the Stratton Diner in Stratton; and he will be wrapping up the afternoon in Rangeley at the Red Onion Restaurant from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. The day will be capped by his attendance at the annual Franklin County Lincoln Day Dinner in Strong.
Rep. Crockett encourages people to drop in at any of these locations to say hi and discuss any issue of importance to them.
"Hearing suggestions and concerns about state government from my constituents will help me better represent them in the Legislature," said Rep. Crockett. "Any resident of the district is welcome to come and share what is on their mind."
Rep. Crockett will be holding additional constituent hours in other House District 91 communities during the upcoming months. His legislative district also includes Bethel, Gilead, Hanover, Newry, Stoneham, Upton and Woodstock as well as Dallas Plantation, Lincoln Plantation, Magalloway Plantation and the unorganized territories of East Central Franklin, North Franklin, North Oxford, South Oxford and Milton Township.
