To the editor:

This is a letter to the registered voters in Strong as we rapidly approach our town meeting. I am once again running for election to the Strong Board of Selectmen. I really enjoyed being a selectman and watching and attending to the running of town government.

Hindsight is always 20/20 and that was true once I no longer held a position. I regretted a decision that was hastily made almost as soon as I made it. I no longer have the problem that dogged me at the time.

If I am once again elected, I promise the same kind of honesty as I had before and I also promise no backing down. I will stick out the term no matter what comes down the road. I am in good health and have plenty of time on my hands to serve the town.
