Vandalism spree on Tufts Pond Road
      To the editor: A person or persons vandalized signs on five intersections on Tufts Pond Road sometime during the night of March 24/25. The signs were destroyed or are missing and included: Cottage Road, Princess Road, Curtis Brook Road, Tom Cross Road and Minister Hill Road.

Town meeting scheduling committee forming
      To the editor: The Kingfield Board of Selectmen is seeking persons interested in serving on a committee to study the scheduling of the annual town meeting, to determine if there should be changes to the present practice of "first Saturday morning in the month of March.
