PHILLIPS — Jim Collins, Phillips Town Manager, recently announced that the Annual Town Meeting will be held Saturday, June 27.

Collins also noted that the second installment of the 2008-2009 tax bill is due April 1. The bills begin to accrue interest after that date, he added.
