Congratulations to Jeanne Rose who recently gave birth to a baby girl. Jeanne's one lucky woman, her father is spending some time here helping Jeanne with the baby. He was even seen doing laundry at the laundry mat over the weekend. If he runs out of things to do, please send him our way!

Don't forget that if you need some exercise you can still join the Zumba class at Kingfield Elementary School. It's a fun and exciting way to get healthy with no experience necessary! You can join at any time. Those who have been attending are having a blast! Be sure to stop by and check it out, Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m. and Thursdays at 4 p.m.

Vivian and Phillip Lawrence of Eustis called earlier this week to let us know that they have just returned from a 15-day cruise to Hawaii —part of their celebration of the 36th. Spring around here is an excellent time to get away —since it doesn't really happen until it's almost summer… Of course, anytime is a good time to go to Hawaii!

We received a call from Marylyn Bachelder of Strong recently who wanted us to let everyone know that you can request that TDS send toll call page to its customers with larger type. Marylyn said she called the Maine PUC and was told that TDS should do that when requested to. She didn't say that she'd received her bill this way yet, so time will tell.
