Stratton members receive awards

 These four members of Somerset Chapter #80 Order of the Eastern Star earned their Rob Morris Jewel from General Grand Chapter. The jewel is named for the order's founder. Robert Morris felt that female relatives of Master Masons should have the opportunity to benefit from the knowledge of the moral values of Masonry. Bertha Cadigan, Past Grand Matron of Maine and Chairman of the General Grand Chapter Membership Project in Maine of the Order of the Eastern Star awarded Betty Wing (back, right) a bar to attach to her jewel earned in a previous year.
