I am one of Windjammer's subscribers experiencing all the negatives mentioned in Tom Saviello's Legislative Report (May 6, 2009 Irregular Page 3 "Got cable problems?").

I have attempted to send all necessary info to clarify billing. The last request was for a copy of my back statement to show a check had cleared. (Warning: much info on your statement belongs only to you and your bank.)

I am not in Tom Saviello's district but deeply appreciate the information in his report.

Learned last evening (on our local channel 7) that Consumer Complaint forms are available at Rangeley Town Office.

I always look forward to Wednesday to read your great paper. You publish news and photos (in color) of our town that are not published in other papers. These are often clipped and sent on to friends out of the area. Sincerely, Grace E. Campbell Rangeley
