We wish to take issue with your newspaper's front page article "Opportunity lost for Valley voters" June 17, 2009.

It was shoddy at least and suspect at most. You quoted major proponents of the annexing of Redington and no one else. As a small community newspaper, we depend on you to give us the local news. You have failed us in this case.
