Bow hunter safety course offered

SALEM TWP — MSAD #58 Adult & Community Education will be offering Bow Hunter Safety Course at Mt. Abram High School in the cafeteria beginning on Tuesday, Aug. 4, from 6 to 9 p.m. and continuing on Tuesday, Aug. 11 from 6 to 9 p.m., concluding on Thursday, Aug. 13, 6 to 9 p.m. The instructor is Rick Rogers.

Participants must be present for all three class nights to earn certification and course includes a home study portion.

The cost is $10 per person and children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Students MUST pre-register by calling the Office of Adult & Community Education at 678-2455 (or leave a message) and payment in full must be made by the start of class (checks can be made out to MSAD #58 Adult & Community Education and mailed to: 1513 Salem Road, Salem Twp., ME 04983).
