Low flight hearing set
ARLINGTON, Va. — The Air National Guard has announced that it will hold a public hearing at the University of Maine, Farmington Wednesday, Sept. 2, at 6 p.m. on the draft Environmental Impact Statement Modification of the Condor 1 and Condor 2 Military Operations Areas used by the 104th Fighter Wing, Massachusetts Air National Guard.
All interested parties are invited to attend. Those who wish to submit a comment, whether written or oral, will be asked to sign up at the door.
The Draft EIS is currently available for public review and comment until Sept. 23, 2009, and can be viewed and/or downloaded online at Maine Department of Transportation's Web site (http://www.maine.gov/mdot/angcondor/ index.htm ) or at the following libraries:

In addition to comments received at the public hearing, any written comments on the Draft EIS received at the address below by Sept. 23, 2009 will be considered in the preparation of this EIS.
