To the editor:

The American Legion Coffin-Hewey-Safford Post 173 of North New Portland regrets that it will not have its Fried Clam Booth this year at the New Portland Fair.

This is due to a lack of available workers and the inability to move the booth to the fair grounds this year. We want to thank all of our past patrons for your support and we hope to serve you in the future.
