To the editor:

I want to thank all the people who stopped to help when I fell down the Rangeley library stairs on Friday.

I don't know many of you even by face but you didn't hesitate to stop, to get the ambulance crew, to get padding under my head and ask what you could do.

Especially, thank you to Cheryl Curtis for driving me up to the health center.

I have many bruises and sore areas, but nothing broken and time will heal all.
