PHILLIPS — A Craft Fair/Chinese Auction will be held Saturday, Nov. 7, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Phillips Elementary School, 1401 Rangeley Road.

This is a fundraiser to benefit the Phillips 8th grade’s spring trip to Quebec.
