To the editor:

The Kingfield/New Portland Fire Department Auxiliary would like to thank everyone who took the time and baked goodies for our bake sale at Tranten’s General Store on Oct. 10.

And a special thank-you to the Tranten Family for letting our group set up outside their store. We appreciate all of the generous donations we received. We are currently in the process of putting those donations to good use for our communities.
