Emergency training At the recent flu immunization clinic, Strong fire department chief Scott Dyar assists kindergartner Cody Chapman with a fire extinguisher training tool. The interactive laser tool demonstrates how difficult it can be put a fire out with an extinguisher. Dyar was encouraging children to get out of the house and call 911 when there is a fire and to never try to put it out on their own. (Steve Mitman photo)
