SALEM — The MSAD #58 School Board recently released its agenda for the Thursday, Nov. 19 at Mt. Abram High School.

Following the Call to Order and the welcome to guests, the public will have an opportunity to comment.

Presentations is next on the agenda, and then Communication, which will include the minutes of the nurses’ meeting and reading a letter from Susan Gendron.

The superintendent’s report will comprise the Nov. 2 enrollment, the immunization clinics, the Nov. 17 meeting with DOE, a request from an individual to name the soccer field after a former teacher and any other matter deemed necessary.

Signing of the warrants and other routine items follow.

The board will be asked to consider approval of the minutes of the meeting of Oct. 15, approval of policy BEA Regular Board Meetings, approval of policy BED Meeting Procedures/By Laws, joining the Maine Small Schools Coalition again this year, joining the Law Improvement Coalition and approval of school emergency plans.

Executive session, as needed, will precede adjournment.
