Blind Leading the Blind
The uninformed attempting to inform others.

Yet another biblical saying, Matthew 15:14 (King James Bible), reads, “And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.” Today we use it to describe people who are not actually blind, but who don’t know how to do something and are trying to explain it to other people who don’t know how to do it either.

Uncle Leroy trying to show Grampa Nelson how to use a computer is like the blind leading the blind.
