FARMINGTON — On Saturday, Dec. 14, Farmington Contradance will hold a dance with the Franklin County Fiddlers and John McIntire calling at the group’s winter location, Fairbanks Union School Community Center on Route 4.

All dances are taught; no partner is necessary.

A family dance with sit-in band will run from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., potluck snacks will be available at 7:30.

The cost for the family dance only is $2 for an adult and $1 for a child. The regular contra dance runs from 8 to 11 p.m. and costs $6 for adults, $5 for students or $15 family max.
