Standing on the 3,525’ summit of the Southwest peak of Mt. Abram, Jim Logan admires views of the other two peaks of Mt. Abram and Sugarloaf. Because the peak requires a "bushwhack" through the woods with GPS or map and compass, the peak sees few visitors and is relatively undisturbed by humans. (Steve Mitman photo)
