KINGFIELD — The Kingfield Water District Board of Trustees recently released its agenda for the Monday, Dec. 7 meeting, scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at the Kingfield Elementary School.

The meeting will begin with the board considering the minutes of the Nov. 2 meeting.

The fiscal report follows and will include the monthly warrant, fiscal status (sales, liens, accounts receivables, etc.), medical insurance details and any other pertinent matter.

If there is any more information regarding construction it will be considered next, including news about getting the deposit back.

The back-up well status and Harlan Pease’s electrical work progress follows.

The superintendent’s report, including the pumping volume and any leak detection is the fifth item on the agenda.

Next, the board will look over the bids received for clearing hydrants of snow this winter.

Then the board will work on the preliminary report in preparation for town meeting on March 6.

Any other matter that may have come up is next followed by executive session, if any is required, last. The next meeting is Monday, Jan. 4, 2010 at KES.
