Taking the part of soldiers in a production of “Oliver Twist” are (left to right) Rebecca Dow, Karen Galusha and Sawyer Gagnon. The production took place on Oct. 2 for all of K-8 and was followed by an impromptu question and answer period. Last month Stratton Elementary School students were chosen as volunteers to help with the ending of the play “Oliver Twist,” performed by the Hampstead Stage Company. This production consisted of two professional actors, playing all of the parts (except for the students) in a shortened version of Oliver Twist.
