KINGFIELD — The Western Mountains Baptist Church recently announced two events for December: a celebration of Christmas on Sunday, Dec. 13 and a Christmas Eve service Dec. 24.

The celebration of Christmas is scheduled for Dec. 13 at 4 p.m., at the Kingfield Elementary School Gym. The Kingfield Area Community Chorus will perform selections from the cantata “Joyful and Triumphant” directed by Dot Lambert. Additionally, the Western Mountains Baptist Church Children’s Choir will present their Christmas program directed by Brenna Cockerham and Children’s Ministry Director Annette Stanley.

A fellowship time will follow to which all are welcome.

On Dec. 24, at 6 p.m. the Western Mountains Baptist Church will be holding a Christmas Eve Service at the Kingfield Elementary School Gym.
