FARMINGTON — On Saturday, Feb. 13, the Franklin County Children’s Task Force will host the 28th annual Children’s Festival from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the University of Maine at Farmington Olsen Student Center. According to organizers, the festival offers a day of fun and entertainment for families and is free of charge.

Volunteers are also needed for the day of the event, “so come on out and help support the families in our community,” a spokesperson for the group urged.
