“Emerging” February 5 to March 27

Three local artists, Penny Hall, Pam Ellis and Jan Royall, accompanied by four other Maine women artists will show their work at the Central Maine Artist Gallery in Skowhegan, at 72 W. Front Street.

The artists and their mediums are: Hall, sculpture; Ellis, watercolors; Royall, glassworks; Kathleen Perelka, pastels; Mary Burr, mixed media; Hannele Lahti, photography; and Neiley Harris, oil painting.

An opening reception is planned for Friday, Feb. 5, from 4 to 7 p.m. and Saturday, Feb. 6 from 2 to 6 p.m.

The gallery’s winter hours are Wednesday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
