CARRABASSETT VALLEY — It’s not every day that you can enjoy high-quality positive impact music in a magnificent setting like the Western Maine Mountains. While most bands are about being loud and filling a room, Joel & Janna strip it all down and let their voices and an intimate, piano-driven sound carry the emotions.

According to a spokesperson for the Sugarloaf Area Ministry, this is a rare opportunity to hear nationally touring musicians play the music they love in their own home state.

The ministry is offering this evening of music in conjunction Western Mountains Baptist Church of Kingfield. There is no admission fee; there will be an opportunity to make a donation to help defray Joel and Janna’s costs.
