FARMINGTON — Marian F. Tilton, 69, of Wilton passed away Feb. 20, 2010 at Sandy River Center for Healthcare in Farmington.

She was born Nov. 16, 1940 in Norway the daughter of William L. and Edith M. (Perkins) Robbins. Marian worked at Franklin Shoe for many years. She enjoyed collecting owls and angels, loved to go yard-saling, cooking and knitting.

Marian is survived by a daughter, Goldie Moody and her husband, Walter, of Va.; three sons, Ed Tibbetts and his wife, Bonnie, of New Portland, Linwood Tibbetts of Kingfield, and Teddy Tibbetts of Lewiston; seven grandchildren, Amy, Katie, Tammy, David, Danny, Billy and Brianna; 14 great-grandchildren; a nephew, Corey Robbins; and a cousin, Earnest Robbins.

She was predeceased by her husband, David Tilton; and two grandchildren, Edward Tibbetts and Robert Decker.

A private family memorial will be held at the convenience of the family.
