At Saturday’s annual town meeting, Nona Young (left) accepts a replica of the Boston Post Cane from Bert Dyer for being New Portland’s oldest resident. Town Manager Stacie Rundlett shows off the plaque that hangs at the town office where Young’s name will be added.
