WILTON — A benefit supper and dance will be held for Edgar Adams Saturday, March 13 at the Nichols Expo Center.

There will be a silent auction, 50/50 raffle, spaghetti dinner, door prizes and live music provided by the Crash Road Band. Doors open at 3 p.m. for the silent auction viewing, the dinner runs from 5 to 7 p.m. and the music begins at 8 p.m.

Jan. 29, on his way to Rangeley to help a friend, Adams was involved in a terrible motor vehicle accident. Diagnosed with a broken and dislocated right hip, he required surgery. Adams was released after nine days of hospitalization. Having no insurance, the community is rallying to his aid. Adams is life-long resident of Wilton and graduated from Mt. Blue High School.
