WEST FARMINGTON — West Farmington Dance recently announced that the next contra dance is set for Saturday, May 8, from 8 to 11 p.m. at the Farmington Grange on Bridge Street.

The dance will feature Rock the Boat with Richard Green calling.

Easy family dances are held from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. and admission is $2 for adults and $1 for children. Potluck snacks will be available from 7:30 to 8 p.m.

The regular dance begins at 8 p.m. and admission is $6 each (minus family dance price) or $5 for students.

All dance are taught and called, everyone is welcome; a partner is not necessary.
