We are planning a street/road cleanup from the King & Bartlett Road in Eustis to Newell’s Garage in Coplin.

We would like to add the side roads, for example: Old Dead River Road, Eustis Ridge Road, Myers Lodge Road and even go into Wyman Township and Route 16 to the Transfer Station or further, if we get enough volunteers.

On mentioning this to a couple people, I was told “no one is going to come out and pick up garbage around here.” Maybe not, but we won’t know until we try. So help prove those Naysayers wrong.

If you are available May 15 between 8 a.m. and noon and would like to help clean up our beautiful scenic highway and side roads, please call 246-2339. We will be working in teams of two and each team will be assigned a one-mile section. If you are not available that day and would like to do a 1 mile section prior to that –- that would work too.
