CARRABASSETT VALLEY — The Land Use Regulation Commission’s Public Hearing on TransCanada’s application to place 15 industrial wind turbines on Sisk Mountain in the Boundary Mountains will be held May 11 and 12, beginning at 6 p.m. at the Sugarloaf Grand Summit Conference Center, 5092 Access Road.
