Marguerite Watson Bigelow
BOOTHBAY HARBOR — Marguerite Watson Bigelow, 87, died May 2, 2010 at St. Andrews Village in Boothbay Harbor of liver cancer. She was born in Littleton, Aug. 6, 1922, the oldest daughter of James Earl Watson and Mattie Crouse Watson.
Marguerite was predeceased by her husband, Laurence M. Bigelow in 1985.
She is survived by a son, James L. Bigelow and wife, Linda, of Salisbury, Mass. and Stratton; a daughter, Judy A. Bruening and husband, Carl, of Boothbay Harbor; four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; a sister, Marjorie Watson and husband, Paul, of Atlantic, Iowa.
She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Belgrade, the Grange and Order of the Eastern Star.
At her request, there will be no funeral service. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
