Richard Eaton

1930-2010 — He enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding the back roads

FARMINGTON — Richard D. Eaton, 80, of Kingfield died after a long illness at Franklin Memorial Hospital in Farmington on May 12, 2010.

He was born in Connecticut on April 11, 1930 the son of Joseph R. and Nyra (Dolbier) Eaton. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding the back roads, cooking, and having a cold Budweiser with friends. He worked in construction building roads and driving trucks.

Richard is survived by many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his wife, Marion Eaton; his brothers, Dwight, Ralph, Maurice and Robert; and his sisters, Nelda Brennen and Natalie Card.

At Richard’s request there will be no funeral services at this time.
