Alysha Joclyn Webb

1986-2010 — She enjoyed being a mother most in her life

WLILTON — Alysha Joclyn Webb, 23, of Wilton died May 24, 2010 with wings to become an angel and be with her grandmother, Lola Webb.

Alysha is the daughter of Valarie Webb and Aurther Douvielle of Wilton and was born July 20, 1986 in Portland as a three-pound premature baby who fit into cabbage patch clothes. She grew to be a healthy, tall stunningly beautiful woman who enjoyed being a mother most in her life. She attended Jay and Livermore schools, and earned her GED while working her way up at Wendy’s as assistant manager.

She put her children first, and her contagious smile, kind heart and forgiving nature poured into the souls of her four-year-old daughter, Selena, and four-month-old daughter, Sonya, who was the first New Year baby in the State of Maine.

Alysha was an animal lover and treated her dogs Red, Harley and Minnie as her own children. Her mother was her best friend and they spent every single day together. She enjoyed camping at her grandmother’s camp at Lake Cobbossee and was preparing to take Selena fishing Memorial weekend.

Survivors include her parents; daughters, Sonya Valerie Webb and Selena Lynn Marie Dubois and her father Robert Dubois; grandfather, Brad Webb; aunts and uncles, Holly and John Hyde and their children Melissa and Jonica, Rebecca and Peter Lily and their children Lola, Michelle and Little Pete, Audrey and Randell Hyde and their children Celeste and Brandon, Joclyn Webb and her children James and Megan, Walden Webb and Jeff Lane; and many friends, including her boyfriend, Gary Choate.

Visitation was held at the Wiles Remembrance Center in Wilton on Friday, May 28, 2010.

Those who desire may give remembrance gifts to the Franklin County Animal Shelter, 550 Industry Rd. Farmington, Maine 04938.
