Beverly Rita Fraser
FARMINGTON –- Beverly Rita Fraser, 78, a lifelong resident of Farmington, passed peacefully on Friday afternoon, June 18, 2010, at her home in Farmington, of natural causes.
She was born Dec. 23, 1931, in Farmington, a daughter of Donald and Rita (DiStefano) Withey. She was a graduate of Farmington High School and was employed as a home bookkeeper and an accountant for Newman Motor Co., F.L. Butler Co. and more recently for Leroux Cash Fuel and Stanley Kuklinski.
She was a former member of the Good Sam Club, the Family Motor Coach Club and the Winnebago Club, of which she had served as secretary. She was a member of the New Sharon, Bingham and Strong ATV clubs and the New Sharon Missing Link Snowmobile Club and Chesterville Snowmobile Club throughout the years. She enjoyed traveling throughout the country, camping and crocheting and knitting.
She is survived by her dearest friend and companion of 32 years, Floyd Enman, of Farmington; four daughters, Jean Fraser of Eastport and her sons, Sean Payeur and Gary Payeur, Terry Collins and her husband, Walter, of Farmington and their daughter, Marcy Caton and her husband, Eugene, and their son, Vincent, Mary Ellen Mayo and her husband, Garry, of New Sharon and their children, Angie Davis and her son, Matthew Couillard, Rick Davis and his wife, Julia, and their children:, Addisyn and Alex, Amanda Mayo and her fiancé, Derek Guptill, Michele Campbell and her son, Joshua Hardy; Floyd’s children, Susan Enman and her partner, Kathy Martin, of Dixfield, Charlene Decker and her husband, Arthur Jr., of New Vineyard; Pat Reynolds and her husband, Duane, of Farmington, Lynette Howard and her husband, Delmar, of Phillips and Debra Farmer and her husband, Greg, of New Vineyard; several grand- and great-grandchildren of Floyd’s; two sisters, Betty Hutchinson and her husband, Lester, of Industry and Helen Draper and her husband, Peter, of Farmington.
She was predeceased by a grandson, Joseph Hardy; and a brother, Earl Sawyer.
Memorial visitation was held Tuesday, June 22 at the Wiles Remembrance Center in Farmington.
