Vincent “Vinny” Carracciolo, 77, of Rangeley was recently recognized by the Rangeley Region Rehab and Wellness Pavilion as the exercise center’s “Iron Man” for over 1,000 visits. Carracciolo has been using the facility to exercise at least 45 minutes a day, four days a week since 2004. “I’ve got to keep moving. You can always make excuses to not exercise. I enjoy it and if I don’t do it I don’t feel good,” Carracciolo said. (Contributed photo)
