Eight Mt. Abram players selected to all-stars

(David Hart photo) AUGUSTA — The Mountain Valley Conference allstar awards and recognition revealed that Mt. Abram’s Jillian Withee, Molly McCafferty and Kylie Rolbiecki were selected to the First Team All-Stars in softball.

Emma Twitchell and Dani Smith were awarded honorable mention by all of the coaches within the conference.

Some of the Lady Roadrunners will be playing tournament softball throughout the summer.

Carrabec’s Carissa Booker was also selected for the Second Team All-stars.

For baseball, Mt. Abram catcher Dylan Tisor was selected to the First Team All-stars. Selected to the Second Team in All-stars was infielder Hank Poulin and outfielder Tim Smith.
