I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every citizen in the Town of Phillips, for your support at our annual town meeting. I have been humbled by the experience.

Those of you who voted on my behalf spoke volumes and I thank you. Those of you who voted on the behalf of others also spoke volumes and I thank you as equally. Without all of your voices, progress can never be made.

I am here to work and serve with each and every citizen. We have been given a gift of opportunity. It is going to take the entire community to unite and make this opportunity a reality. Your voices are very important and need to be heard. With your voices, I will be able to make the best decisions for our town and for our people.
