Frankie “Lee” Gragg

1985-2010 — He lived life to the fullest and enjoyed being with his family and friends

INDUSTRY — Frankie “Lee” Gragg, 24, along with his partner, Kateleen Roberts, 21, both of Industry, passed away unexpectedly July 3, 2010.

Frankie was born Dec. 28, 1985 in Pell City, Ala. His family moved to Maine in 1986 where Frankie attended school at Mt. Blue and eventually went on to earn his G.E.D.

Frankie went to work for Geneva Wood Fuels Inc. in Strong, where he worked many facets of the pellet industry, which he enjoyed very much.

Growing up, you could always find Frankie playing in the woods, building forts, playing with Tonka trucks and working on vehicles with his dad. Even on the hottest days of the summer, he would always have long johns on under his jeans. Frankie lived life to the fullest and enjoyed being with his family and friends, fishing with his brother, music, video games and his big white truck. He always had a good joke on the tip of his tongue, was quick to quote a movie and enjoyed his daily tea time. Frankie loved his children very much and was a great father.

Frankie’s memory will live on through his two children, Kiarra Mae Gragg, seven months old, and Walton Lee Gragg, four years old; and those he left behind, his parents, Sherry and Reginald Hansen of St. Petersburg, Fla.; two sisters, Brittanie Gragg of Wellfleet, Mass., and Sherice Pillsbury of Farmington; two brothers, Michael Hansen of Fort Meyers, Fla. and Trevor Hansen of St. Petersburg, Fla.; grandparents, “Nanny” Mildred and Howard Carroll of Avon and William White of Salem; an aunt, Tiki White of Phillips; and nieces and nephews, Junior Hansen, Maria Hansen, Aiden Ham, Kaylee Heath and Gavin Heath.

He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents Walt and Connie Hansen.

Services for Frankie were held Thursday, July 8, 2010 at the Congregational Church in Phillips with a burial to follow at Mile Square Cemetery

on Mile Square Road in Avon.

A trust fund will be set up for Frankie’s two children at Franklin-Somerset Federal Credit Union, 485 Wilton Road, Farmington, Maine 04938. Friends wishing to make donations, please make checks payable to the credit union with a special notation that it is for Frankie’s children.
