Street dance returns to Farmington
FARMINGTON — After a three year absence from the downtown festival, the popular Street Dance returns to Farmington Summer Fest 2010.
Live music by local group “Shepherd’s Pie” will fill the air on Broadway Friday evening, July 30 beginning at 7 p.m.
Shepherd’s Pie consists of band members, Kat Poulson vocals, Tim Wallace on lead guitar, Jodi Gunther on Keyboard, Dale Perkins woodwinds and guitar, Jon Abel on Bass guitar, Patty Schoen vocals, and Chris Yardley on drums, harmonica and vocals.
Shepherd’s Pie performs high quality, high energy dance music... from rock to jazz and everything in between—blues, reggae, pop, alternative and country. They appeal to all ages and music style buffs. “We’ve been complemented by 20-year-olds and 70-year-olds.”
